Bill Barnhouse, President and CEO

Bill Barnhouse is the founder and President of the Reuel Group, Incorporated, a company specializing in community information management systems and public opinion research for community based organizations. He was a District manager with the Bell System, then Executive Vice President and a partner in CollectRite, Inc., a check collection agency. In conjunction with CollectRite, he formed and became Managing Partner/CEO of National Check Network, Inc., a national consumer payment systems company. In addition to his professional commitments, Barnhouse has been active in leadership roles in United Way and various other civic endeavors. He is also very active in politics having served as a grassroots volunteer and county party chairman. He has worked on over 100 candidate campaigns and dozens of school, hospital, community college, and other tax referendum campaigns. He is certified in community engagement by the International Society of Community Engagement Professionals of which he is a co-founder.
Craig Fortune, Secretary/Treasurer

Craig Fortune holds a B.A. in Business Administration. Mr. Fortune comes from a family-owned and
operated automobile dealership that had tremendous success over several decades in the business.
His positions in Fortune Lincoln-Mercury included finance manager, vice president, and president of
the dealership.
He has been active in the business community for decades, including service as a director of two banks,
Area Director of a state Automobile Dealers Association, and president of a local New Car Dealers Association.
Russell Autry, Chief Operating Officer

Russell Autry has over 25 years experience in community engagement and has had significant success in guiding local organizations and elected officials through the community engagement process. Mr. Autry has a background in organization management. His most recent assignments were in executive positions with chambers of commerce and in a consulting role with a national association supporting business communities. He has lectured, taught, and managed on a global basis, including assignments in the U.S., Africa, and Asia. Autry has a Masters degree in Political Science and is certified in public relations by the Public Relations Society of America, association management by the American Society of Association Executives and community engagement by the International Society of Community Engagement Professionals. He is a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management (the national school for association management) and is a past national Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He is a co-founder of the International Society of Community Engagement Professionals.
Jesse Allen, Chief Information Officer

A pioneer in the
Computer Aided Drafting and Design industry, Jesse Allen has an exemplary record of accomplishment in the
area of software design and implementation. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, he holds several certifications
including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Associate and Certified
Technical Trainer.
Prior to joining the Reuel Group, Mr. Allen had an extensive career in technology organizations.
For 23 years he was involved in the management, development, and support of computer software,
including software for civil engineering applications, computer aided design and drafting,
3-dimensional modeling, network and facilities management, financial software, multimedia
messaging, and school records management. In addition to his experience in software development,
he has managed educational programs for certificate programs in system and network management
and undergraduate, and graduate programs in information systems and technology.
As Chief Information Officer, Jesse is responsible for technology support for the company and
was the driving force behind the conversion of The Reuel Group’s PC based product offering to
web-based services.
Julie Ahonen, Data Resource Manager

Julie Ahonen came to VoterTouch with a combination of 15 years of business experience and a degree
(cum laude) in Management Information Systems. She comes from Sterling, Illinois and has traveled
extensively throughout the United States. Originally brought on in a business operations role,
Julie quickly applied her talents to both client services and data management. She currently
oversees data management functions, working with election bureaus and Secretary of State offices
around the country. Her work also includes online system training; polling and campaign scheduling;
and, polling analysis. Julie has extensive experience in voter targeting, voter contact and polling.
She has been involved in over 60 candidate and referendum campaigns.
