Reuel Group Refund Policy

Because of our desire to maintain a high degree of client satisfaction, our site and the services available through it are all designed to allow a high level of client involvement in the development of each individual’s customized products and services. This involvement means that the client has control of product and service design prior to payment and delivery. Delivery of services is based upon mutually agreed upon schedules.

  1. If a quality problem should exist, please notify our support department at support@reuelgroup.com as soon as the problem is identified.
  2. Notification of a quality problem must be made within five business days of the problem’s occurrence.
  3. If a quality problem is identified, the client will be issued a credit for services equal to 100 % of the value of the service provided.
  4. Because of the nature of the work performed by our organization, The Reuel Group cannot guarantee the response by voters to polls or the outcome of elections. Losses at the polls or disappointment with the outcome of opinion polling services will not count as grounds for a refund.
